Crescent Investment Group is aggressively seeking to acquire additional properties having all, or a substantial number of, the following characteristics:
Property Types
Independent living, assisted living, memory care, medical office buildings, and other facilities with healthcare-related services
Transaction Size
Up to $10 million
Location
Both primary and secondary markets with favorable demographics and real estate fundamentals (rental rates, occupancy levels, etc.)
Quality / Operations
Institutional-quality construction and operated by a high-quality and experienced operator
Single Assets vs. Portfolios
Single assets preferred; select portfolios will be actively considered
Occupancy / Cash Flows
Stabilized or near stabilization with strong cash flows relative to purchase price
