Crescent’s first acquisition is New Haven of Kyle, a 32-unit, purpose built assisted living and memory care facility, located approximately 20 minutes from Austin–Bergstrom International Airport. It is currently managed by Enriched Senior Living (“ESL”) and was built in 2014 by an affiliate of ESL.
